Cancellations
Please note we require 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel your dental appointment; if cancelled or you are unable to attend within 48 hours of the scheduled time a deposit fee of $100 will be required to schedule your next appointment. Any future cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment or failure to attend an appointment will incur a $100 fee.
Treatment Plans
Treatment plans and quotations are given at the time of the initial appointment. This is so that you know exact costs, procedures and time frames involved.
