Throw away your denture adhesive

Many people are not comfortable wearing dentures because they wobble, slip or can sometimes be painful.

This is because without teeth, the underlying bone deteriorates and the denture no longer fits comfortably or securely. The lips are needed to keep the denture in place, this makes smiling difficult at the best of times and eating even more so.
For people who wear dentures, an Implant Supported Bridge (often referred to as All-On-Four) is the latest innovation in implant dentistry. It can enable you to have a complete upper or lower set of teeth with as few as four dental implants.

This is made possible by placing two of the dental implants at an acute angle. This enables a bridge or denture to be supported by the implants at the front of the mouth where your jawbone is denser and stronger.

One of the many benefits of an Implant Supported Bridge, is you can have a full set of non-removable, replacement teeth in as little as three appointments.

If you have been missing teeth for a period of time, it’s possible you may have lost some bone density. Previously, patients would often be required to have bone graft surgery to restore the lost bone. This can take up to six months to heal before the dental implants can be placed.

An Implant Supported Bridge utilises your existing bone and negates the need for bone grafts.

Additionally, the new Implant Supported Bridge technique significantly reduces the number of dental implants required for securing a complete denture. This helps restore your smile much more quickly and cost-effectively.
